Teaser Tuesday #2

Published 26/06/2012 by supernaturalreadingaddict

It’s Tuesday again so time for another Teaser Tuesday. You have to forgive me if it’s a bad translation, I’m reading this book in my own language dutch so I’m going to do my best.

My teaser is from: Fifty shades darker by E.L. James. There is so much buzz about this book everywhere that I became curious about the series. And so far it hasn’t disappoint me.

Here is my teaser:

I have to know that everything is right between us and this is the only way I know how.

It’s been a while since I posted a Teaser Tuesday, but I feel it is time to share another teaser with you.
Teaser Tuesday is hosted bij Should Be Reading. Here is my teaser for this week:

As recently as a hundred years ago, I was a good height for a female in virtually any country except the Netherlands, where they grow them unusually tall.

It’s Tuesday again so time for another Teaser Tuesday hosted by Should Be Reading! Here is how it works:
  • Grab your current read
  • Open to a random page
  • Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
  • BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
  • Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!
And here is my Teaser for this week:

“Okay,” I conceded. “I get it that you have a compulsion to die. But that doesn’t explain why, in between all the dying, you do things like dive in the Seine after a suicide attempt. You obviously weren’t going to die from that.

I didn’t particularly feel like going to work the next morning since the world was coming to an end, but I couldn’t think of a compeling explanation to give Karyn, so I left home and drove into Mercy Falls.

Yes I’m still reading this book, it’s not that I don’t like the book I love it but I just don’t have much reading time at the moment.

And here is my Teaser for this week:

Stunned, I stood there on the dance floor watching the handsome stranger move away from me. He was tall and slender, with an athletic build. His steps were strong, as he left the floor and he looked delicous, even moving away with a firm backside any woman would pant for.
