The story:

Who will win her heart….
Jane and Luca’s story continues … but not quite as they had planned. When challenges and threats from the immortal world of Nissilum rip the young lovers apart, Jane is bereft. Without Luca’s dancing green eyes, and gentle smile, Jane feels lost, sad and alone. But then a trip to Paris with her grandmother thrusts her in the path of the amiable Soren – a kindred spirit who may be just the distraction she needs … Meanwhile in
Nissilum, Luca struggles with the loyalties and expectations that come with being a part of the immortal world. A world that is about to be shaken at its very core: rumblings of mounting unrest are spreading, and with rumours of an angel rebellion growing no creature is safe – especially not a mortal girl who has fallen in love with a wolf boy…

The view of a book addict:

I finished the first book in one day, so I couldn’t wait to read the second book and see if it was as good as the firs. And I wasn’t dissapointed, this book is just as amazing as the first one. I loved going back to the world Lee Monroe has created in this series.
This book just picks up were the last book left us so it wasn’t hard to get back into the story. It moves along in a fast pace and it keeps you on the edge of your seat the whole time. It’s hard to put this book down because everytime a chapter ends you just want to know what’t going to happen next.

The verdict of a book addict:

Just as the first book, this one is amazing! I don’t know if there will be another book in this series, all I can do is hope there will be another book because I want to know more about this wonderful world.

Teaser Tuesday #20

Published 14/06/2011 by supernaturalreadingaddict
It’s Tuesday again so time for another Teaser Tuesday hosted by Should Be Reading! Here is how it works:
  • Grab your current read
  • Open to a random page
  • Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
  • BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
  • Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!
And here is my Teaser for this week:

The twins stared suspiciously at the two of us.
“Are you two…together?” said Natalia evantually.
“God no!” I snorted, a little to emphatically.
“Why thank you, miss.” Soren muttered feigning hurt, but he shgook his head at the twins.

Why do I want to read this book?

I just finished the first book in this series and it just blew me away. It makes me want to read the next book so bad. But I just have to wait for it to come out. It’s a long time ago for me that I want to know the next part in a story so bad. And of course I hope it will be as good as the first book.

The view of a book addict:

It’s been a while for me that I couldn’t put away a book, but this book was really hard to put down. The story sucks you in and won’t let you go even after you finish the book.
The main character of the book isn’t a typical popular girl, she is a loner and doesn’t have any friends besides her little sister. It’s such a relieve to read about a girl more like me than all those populair girls.
The story is refreshing and has a really unexpected twist. You won’t guess what’s going to happen  next. The book is well written and you really get the chance to get to know the main characters of the book. For me it was like living their lives at times. The story just sucked me in so much!

The verdict of a book addict:

An amazing book, with an amazing dark twist and a beautiful romance. I would recommend this book to anyone!
