Published 30/03/2011 by supernaturalreadingaddict

Series title: Enchanted Island series
Author: Krystal McLaughlin
How many books are there: 2 for now
Catagory: Supernatural
What is the series about:
Goodreads summary of the first book:
When Sophia and Drew McKibben’s parents are killed in a tragic car accident, they are shipped off to live with an aunt they never even knew existed. Believing that they are moving to a privately owned island just off of the coast of Mystic, CT to live alone with her, they are surprised to find a sort of under-aged bed and breakfast.

Sophia draws the attention of one of the locals, Falen, immediately. He always seems to know exactly what she is thinking, and to her frustration, everything she does seems to amuse him. When a newcomer to the island brings with him a sense of deja vu, she begins to ask herself the ultimate question: Am I going crazy?

Sophia’s world starts to unravel when she notices her own brother acting just as abnormal as the rest of them. When she begins to realize that the life she left behind looks even more bizarre then the one she was forced to leave it for, she’s faced with a decision to make: embrace the new life that has been given to her, or drown in the past. Either choice brings with it more secrets and deceptions to unearth. The problem

now is that the two worlds may actually be more intertwined than she thought

Wich books have I read already?
I have read the first two books, I loved them so much! So I hope there will be many more books in this series. The books suck you in and won’t let you go even after you finish the books. I have these books on my e-reader but I’m sure I’m going to buy the books as well as soon as they come out just to have them on my shelves and read them again! If  you love books with magic in it than this is your series!
Are there more books coming?

I know there is a third book on the way!

Review: A Dragon forsaken ( Enchanted Island series ) by Krystal McLaughlin

Title:               A dragon forsaken ( Enchanted Island series )
Author:          Krystal McLaughlin
Pages:             292 (on my e-reader)
Catagory:      Supernatural

The story:

In a world of mystery and magic, Daphne is unique.

Unlike her friends, who have awakened to the magic inside of them, Daphne was born with it. Daphne was born a Dragon.

When her past begins to resurface, forcing her into a web of lies and deception, she is forced to accept unexpected alliances and risk everything for the sake of love. Something that she swore she would never let into her life.

As the newest installment of The Enchanted Island Series unfolds, she’ll learn that nothing is ever what it seems, and when webs get this tangled, everyone’s fate hangs in the balance, and nothing is coincidence.

The view of a book addict:

This book is beyond amazing, I loved it even more than the first book! From the moment I found this book on my mailbox I couldn’t wait to start reading it. When I began reading it I couldn’t put it down and I didn’t want the book to end.
As the first book the story is beautiful and you just fly through the pages of this book. I even had to wipe away a couple of tears when something really sad happened in the book ( I won’t tell you what happened you have to read it for yourself ). I just don’t have any other words for this book than: Beautiful and exciting! And that epilogue really had me on the edge of my seat, now the waiting begins for the next book!

The verdict of a book addict:

Amazing sequel to an amazing first book, I just couldn’t put it down. I recommend these books to everyone that loves a good book with a beautiful and magical story.

The view of a book addict:

I loved this book from page one! The story is easy written and I fell in love with the main character at once. Because of the way the story is told you learn a lot about her, but you only learn what she knows already. Everything else she learns, you learn with her. I really traveled through the book with her, and that makes a book really great in my opinion.
The story moves along in a fast pace but I didn’t feel like I was missing anything of the story, all the important things are told and explained. The book has a very interesting and exciting storyline and it made me want to turn every page and read it until the end. Only to find that it won’t be the end because there are more books to come! The Epilogue left me breathless and made me want to dive into the next book right away, but because it’s not out yet I’ll just have to wait.

The verdict of a book addict:

This book makes you want to curl up on the couch on a rainy day and just ignore everything en everyone around you! I can’t wait to read the next book in this series and I’ll make sure I have nothing else to do the day I start reading this because putting this book down is just to hard!
